Warranty Policy

BRIC’S products are rigorously tested to meet stringent standards. Consequently, in case of defects in workmanship, BRIC’S will either repair or replace the product in accordance with the applicable law and with BRIC’S warranty terms and conditions.

Bric's warranty does not limit the rights provided by law.

The duration of the warranty is stated on the warranty card inside the Product and/or in the list of Product features on our website.

 

BRIC’S WARRANTY*: 

  • Lifetime warranty on wheeled products (spinners, rolling duffles) on selected collections
  • 5-year warranty on travel or office items without wheels (duffles, garment sleeves, business backpacks, briefcases)
  • 2-year warranty on items such as handbags, shoulderbags, casual backpacks, wallets, accessories.

 

WARRANTY VALIDITY:

BRIC’S requires that the customer use an authorized BRIC’S Repair Partner for warranty repairs. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs void the warranty.

BRIC’S Warranty only applies to products purchased from an authorized BRIC’S store or dealer.

BRIC’S warranty does not cover deterioration due to use, damage caused to the product due to improper use (example: carrying unusual objects), heat exposure, contact with acids or solvents, water infiltration, or damage caused in the course of transportation.

BRIC’S warranty does not cover damage caused by airline carriers. When retrieving luggage after a flight or train journey, please check it carefully and, if it had been mishandled, immediately file a claim with the airline. Most major airlines are prepared to cover damaged caused due to mishandled luggage.

  1. Contacting the retailer where the product was originally purchased
    2. Contacting BRIC’S Customer Service

WARRANTY COVERAGE IS VALID ONLY WITH THE PROOF OF PURCHASE. IN CASE OF NO VALID FORM OF PROOF OF PURCHASE, THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY

Purchase store receipt or online order confirmation are the only valid proof of purchase. This is required to demonstrate the warranty coverage (the date of purchase, the cost of the product). Additionally, this will serve as proof that the purchase happened at an authorized BRIC’S retailer.

BRIC’S warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product proven defective and does not cover damaging caused to the product. The warranty does not cover possible direct or indirect damages arising because of a defect of the product (example: loss of or damage to its content).

* Bric's warranty covers all Bric's branded products and other products for which Bric's is a licensee.
